A Tertiary Abstudy Form is completed at commencement when a student first attends a residential module in the year. Once enrolment is confirmed and the Form is correctly completed, the College forwards it to Centrelink in Cairns for processing.

Course Fees ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN PART-TIME / FULL TIME MIXED MODE STUDY MUST PAY A DEPOSIT OF $120 BEFORE ATTENDING THE FIRST STUDY BLOCK OF THEIR COURSE.
Incidentals Allowance NOTE: When a student's Abstudy form has been processed, Centrelink pays each student an Incidentals Allowance to cover the cost of course fees, books, pens, etc. This allowance is approximately $580 for a full calendar year, and is proportioned for part of the year. Expectations All students must respect the Christian Ethos of the College and alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises occupied by staff and students of the College. Private business should not interfere with attendance at sessions. Students must advise staff if they cannot be present at a session or they wish to leave the study centre. These rules help the smooth running of the course, strengthen personal development and maintain the good name of Wontulp-Bi-Buya College.
